  • Content Licensing: By uploading content, you acknowledge and agree that it may be licensed by hospitality vendors through our platform’s licensing marketplace. The scope and terms of such licenses will be clearly outlined, and you will receive compensation as per specific licensing agreements.

  • Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:
